I really liked how the planting info was right there and wasn’t hard to follow. I’m not some big garden expert, so the simple steps for when to plant, how much to water, and what to do after it arrived was super helpful. "Good Support Made It Right"
One of the trees showed up in rough shape, which was disappointing at first. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. They offered to send a replacement and even refunded the shipping without giving me any hassle. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but i felt like they handled it fairly. I’d be okay ordering from them again.

"Honestly, they’ve nailed it every single time"
I’ve ordered from Fast Growing Trees a few times now, and I’m absolutely convinced they know what they’re doing. Every plant has shown up healthy, in good shape, and pretty much exactly the size I expected. Nothing has arrived looking sad, crushed, or like it barely survived the trip. It’s just really nice knowing, without a doubt, that I’m going to get solid plants each time I order.

I had a small issue after the delivery, so I reached out to support. From the tone of their reply, I figured they were actually trying to help and not just sending a canned response. "good tree, a few rough leaves"
my tree got here quickly and the packing was decent. most of the leaves looked healthy and green, which was a relief to see right away.
a few leaves were bent, and there was one small branch that had snapped, probably during shipping. it wasn’t a huge deal, but still a little disappointing.

i planted it the same day and it seems to be doing fine so far. taking off one star for the damaged branch, but overall i’m happy with it.

"Really Well Packed"
My tree showed up packed So well, better than I expected. No broken branches, no dirt spilled everywhere, and the box was really Sturdy. The pot was wrapped up tight so it didn’t slide around at all. I was kinda surprised how Clean the whole thing was. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered the 3-4 ft tree, and it showed up right around that size. It wasn’t the most perfect-looking tree, but you could tell it was healthy enough and in decent shape. Overall, I’m happy with it, and I’d buy again

Overall, I think it’s only fair to say most of the plants did fine after planting, but one of them didn’t make it. I followed the same steps for all of them, so I’m not sure what happened with that one. Still, the others seem healthy, so I can’t complain too much

I ordered a small lemon tree and it actually arrived fast. A few of the leaves were kind of dry when I opened the box, so I was a little worried at first, but after watering it and letting it settle... it perked up nicely. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the packing had been a bit more secure

"Really Happy With It So Far"
I just planted this tree recently, so my opinion is definitely based on how it’s looking right now, but I’m impressed. It showed up with a nice solid root ball and plenty of healthy little roots, nothing dried out or mushy. It went into the ground easily and already seems to be settling in well. So far, I’m really happy with it...
